GDPR policy

From 25 May 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, referred to as the GDPR, came into effect.

In accordance with the GDPR Regulation, we want to inform you that:

1. The administrator of personal data collected within the website (hereinafter referred to as: the Administrator) is Kombo Sp. z o.o., with its headquarter in Poland, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Warszawska Street 17, TIN: 7732484656. 2. Personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. based on the necessity of processing for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.

3. Legitimate interests pursued by the company should be understood as offering products and services to Customers in the field of IT, network and service solutions. The company does not share data with other entities, unless the Customer expressly agrees. The processing of personal data falls within the scope of the Administrator’s business activities.

4. Your personal data are processed automatically or manually in order to provide our company’s Customers with comprehensive economic information within the company’s products, to conduct business in accordance with the law, as well as for statistical purposes.

5. Your public data provided by the so-called public sources – ie official and public websites and official registers (KRS, REGON, etc.) are also processed by the Administrator.

6. Due to the processing of your personal data by us, you have the right to:

  • request the Administrator to review your personal data,
  • require the Administrator to correct your personal data,
  • require the Administrator to delete your personal data,
  • request the Administrator to limit the processing of your personal data,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,
  • transfer your personal data,
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory body.

7. The above requests can be submitted by contacting via e-mail or traditional mail to the Administrator.

8. The Administrator provides all means of personal data protection in physical, technical and organizational form against accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, change or access of third parties in accordance with all applicable regulations.


The Cookies Policy sets out the rules for storage and access to information on the User’s devices by using cookies to execute the electronic services provided by the User.

1. The website does not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in cookies.

2. Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, that are stored in the end device of the User and are intended for the use of the websites. Cookies usually contains the name of the website from which it comes, its storage time in the User’s end device and a unique number.

4. Cookies are used to:

  • cookies used to ensure safety, eg. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication through the website;
  • performance cookies allow to collect information about how to use the website;
  • functional cookies that allow to remember settings selected by the user and personalize user’s interface, eg. in terms of language or region from which the user comes from, font size, appearance of the website, etc.;
  • advertising cookies used to deliver advertising content to users; the content is tailored to their interests.

7. In many cases, the software used for browsing the web (browser) is allowed by default to store cookies in the User’s end device. Website users can make changes in the settings of cookies at any time. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in your web browser configuration or inform about every enter in the User’s device. 8. Operator of the website announces that the restriction of the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the website.

9. Cookies posted at the end device of the User can be used also by advertisers and partners who cooperate with the operator of the website.
