Contact the room manager to provide the code assigned to you. There is also a possibility to use the emergency code.

What if the lock electronics break down?

It is possible to open the lock with a traditional key.

What if the batteries run out?

If the batteries are depleted, you can connect a typical 9V battery from the outside or open the door with a traditional key and replace the batteries in the lock.
