What is the warranty period for the lock?
The lock is covered by the warranty for 24 months. During this time, in the case of finding a fault, the lock will be exchanged for a new one.
Can be the ordered lock returned?
You have the right to return the purchased product without any reason within 30 days from the date of receiving it. The returned lock can be used but it must be functional.
How to report the lock failure?
The failure can be reported by phone or via the application form.
What is the difference between standard and fast repair?
Standard repair – it’s used when you purchase a lock. After reporting the failure, the lock is replaced with a new one within 14 days from the date when we receive the old lock.
Fast repair – it’s available when you want to rent a lock. After reporting the failure, the new lock is sent within 1 business day.
